Who We Are

Chronos Bio is an AI-powered longevity research platform operated by Avi Pilcer. Contact: avi@ultradeep.tech.

What We Collect

When you use Chronos Bio, we collect the following data:

• Email and name: When you join the waitlist or sign up. Used for product updates and early access invitations.
• Usage metadata: Timestamps, features used, request counts. Used to improve the platform and enforce usage limits.
• Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card data.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly analytics collects anonymous page views and device type. No personal information is tracked.

Your Research Data

Biological data, biomarker panels, compound queries, and other research inputs are processed in-memory and discarded after the response is returned. We do not store, log, train on, or share your research data.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Chronos Bio platform
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To send product updates if you opted in via the waitlist
• To improve the product via anonymous analytics

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic: Research inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: Hosting and analytics. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Research inputs are not retained after processing. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing avi@ultradeep.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
